Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lively Little Paws! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days ($4.99 or FREE for orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($9.99)

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier disruptions.

3. International Shipping
We currently [offer / do not offer] international shipping. 

If shipping internationally: International shipping rates and estimated delivery times (typically 7–14 business days) will be calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lively Little Paws is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box address, please ensure standard postal services can reach your area.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lively Little Paws is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
